What We Offer?

We provide a simple and smart entry system that includes:

Custom entry cards for each guest with a unique QR Code (QR Guest Pass)
A ready-to-use attendance app (AppSheet) linked to the QR Codes and containing all guest information. When the QR is scanned, guest details appear instantly: name, check-in status, number of guests, and notes
A step-by-step guide will be provided for how to use the app

How It Works

Choose Design — Pick the card design that fits your event
Send Guest List — Names, number of guests, and any notes
We Set Everything Up — Create a QR Guest Pass for each guest and connect it to the app
Send Entry Passes — You send the QR Guest Passes to your guests
Event Check-in — Reception staff scans the QR using any phone, guest details appear instantly on screen, and the check-in status is updated directly in the app by the staff

Delivery Time

Every 50 QR Guest Passes = 2 working days

Client Responsibilities

Send the full guest list (names + number of guests)
Approve the design before we start
Distribute QR Guest Passes to guests
Assign a reception staff member for check-in on event day
Provide a phone or tablet with internet connection for the staff on event day

Important Notes

QR Passes & App only — on-site operation is the client's responsibility
Guest list must be sent at least 14 days before the event
Changes after delivery may require extra fees
The app is for one user only and works on both iPhone and Android devices

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your order and request a refund within 24 hours of completing payment. Please note that payment gateway processing fees will be deducted from the refunded amount. After 24 hours, refunds are no longer available, as this is a digital product custom-made specifically for your order.
