We will send an initial preview via WhatsApp in your selected language for approval.
• Finalize & Share
Once approved, we will finalize the invitation and RSVP page and send them to you to share with your guests.
• RSVP & QR Entry Cards
We will provide RSVP confirmation reports and generate unique QR entry cards for confirmed guests.
These will be sent to you for guest distribution.
• Guest Check-In App
You will receive the check-in app pre-loaded with guest names, along with usage instructions.
Your staff member can use it on the wedding day to scan QR entry codes and record guest attendance.
A final attendance report will be provided.
Execution Timeline
Phase 1: Animated Wedding Invitation & RSVP
• Execution time: 4–5 business days after receiving complete data.
• Animated Invitation: Edits include text and audio only; design and colors cannot be changed.
• We add background music only; songs are not included, and the client is responsible for all audio usage rights and licenses.
• RSVP Page: Edits to the RSVP form and location link are included; design and colors cannot be changed.
• The form is customized according to client preferences (questions/options).
Phase 2: QR Entry Cards & App Preparation
• Every 50 guests = 2 working days.
• Digital entry cards and check-in app are prepared based on confirmed RSVPs.
• Execution time depends on the number of confirmed guests and the accuracy of RSVP data.

Animated Invitation Details
• Delivered as an MP4 digital file.

RSVP Page
• The RSVP page is hosted on the Sarmavin domain and is valid for two months.
• If design changes are required due to a large amount of information or content, extra fees will apply.
Entry Cards & Check-In App
• The check-in app is developed using AppSheet and works online or offline (internet recommended).
• The app is limited to one device for accuracy.
• QR entry cards and app setup begin only after RSVP is closed and the final guest list is confirmed.
• The service does not include staff provision; a clear user guide is provided.
• The app is valid for one month and dedicated to a single event only.
